I haven't done my due diligence, but I've tried Manroulette and Jerkay chat rooms. Both are pretty good, just not exactly what I was looking for. Right now, I'm using Chatrandom on my iPhone. You shake the phone and it randomly connects you with someone whose photo you can't see for the first 40 seconds. It's actually a lot of fun, especially at night.

I’ve had a good experience with ImLive. It’s been around for a long time and is still pretty active, which says a lot. There are usually plenty of gay guys online, and the search filters make it easier to find people by location and interests.
You can watch and chat for free at first, but the free version is limited. If you end up liking it, the paid features give you much more access. The prices are fairly reasonable, and there are a lot of regular guys and newcomers on there.
They also keep adding new features, like private sessions and group shows, so it doesn’t feel outdated.
