I'm new to dating - especially online dating. I'm 32 and just got out of a 10-year relationship. I have a burly, bearded look, but I dress in feminine clothing. I'd prefer to meet people in person, though I'm still figuring out where to go.
Right now, I'm trying Sniffies and Grindr. I've chatted with some interesting people and gotten a lot of unusual requests because of my appearance. However, it hasn't led to an actual date yet. We message, but nothing really happens. Is that normal for online dating?
I'm pansexual and would also like to meet trans women, but on these apps, it seems that most trans women are mainly looking for other trans women.
I'd really appreciate any advice - not just about finding the right apps, but also general dating tips for a non-binary person.
