Welcome to ReWazea.com (the “Site”). These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any mobile apps or related services we provide (together the “Service”).
By using or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Who we are

“ReWazea”, “we”, “us”, or “our” means the company operating the Site. The Service is provided to you subject to your compliance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or whatever higher age is required in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement, have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms and will abide by them.
You must not use the Service if you are barred from accessing it by law or you have been previously removed from the Service.

3. Your Account & Security

3.1 Account registration: To access all features of the Service you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.
3.2 Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3.3 One account: Unless otherwise approved by us in writing, you may only maintain one account.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Purpose: ReWazea is a platform for gay, bisexual and queer-identifying men (and others as permitted under Site rules) to connect, chat, meet, and build friendships or dating/relationship opportunities.
4.2 Acceptable use: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms, and you must not:

• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age or affiliation;
• violate or attempt to violate the security of the Service;
• harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or discriminate against any other user;
• use the Service for illegal, fraud or exploitative purposes;
• post or send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited messages;
• collect or store personal data about other users without their consent;
• use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access or extract information from the Service.

5. User Content

“User Content” means any profile information, photos, messages, images, audio or video that you post, upload or submit via the Service.

5.1 License: By posting User Content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate and display such content in connection with the Service.

5.2 Your responsibility: You warrant that you have the rights to all User Content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

5.3 Monitoring & removal: We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, remove or disable access to any User Content that, in our judgement, violates these Terms.

6. Paid Services & Subscriptions

If the Service offers subscriptions, premium membership or other paid features:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
• Most subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• If you cancel, you remain liable for the remainder of the paid term.
• All payments are processed via third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Site (software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks) are owned by ReWazea or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReWazea disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied (including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement). We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ReWazea and its officers, employees, agents or partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
• Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.

10. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party websites, services or advertisements. These are provided for convenience only. ReWazea does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, actions or policies of third-party websites. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and share your data. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without reason, in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately while terms like “Limitation of Liability”, “Disclaimers”, “Intellectual Property” will survive.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms at any time. If material changes are made we will notify you by posting the updated version and revising the “Effective date.” Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with the new Terms, you should stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
